About the Role:

We are seeking a Head of Marketing for Thailand who can drive full funnel growth across consumer and customer segments. This role is right for someone with deep performance and startup experience who can build, test, and scale growth engines. You will lead brand, performance, lifecycle, social, PR, and agent marketing with full accountability for Thailand growth outcomes.

As a Guru you will be accountable for:

Growth and Performance

  • Own the Thailand growth strategy with clear focus on acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Run performance marketing across search, social, app, and emerging channels.
  • Drive continuous testing and optimization to improve CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and traffic quality.

Brand and Consumer Marketing

  • Shape the Thailand brand narrative and deliver culturally relevant campaigns.
  • Build strong social and content programs that drive awareness and engagement.
  • Lead PR and partnerships that strengthen trust and market presence.

Lifecycle and Agent Marketing

  • Design lifecycle programs that build habit and repeat usage across email, CRM, and app.
  • Create marketing programs that improve agent acquisition, engagement, and platform usage.
  • Work with sales teams to support adoption and long-term customer value.

Insight and Leadership

  • Use data to diagnose issues, prioritise opportunities, and guide investment.
  • Establish a clear operating rhythm for planning, experiments, and reviews.
  • Lead and develop a high performing team across performance, brand, and customer marketing.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Proven years of experience in growth, performance, or startup environments with ownership of full funnel metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, attribution, and experimentation.
  • Proven ability to run both performance and brand initiatives that reinforce each other.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing multi discipline teams.
  • Cultural fluency and deep knowledge of the Thailand market.
